Data management solutions specialists Info.Blueprint has launched a bespoke new data service to update and enrich organisations’ databases faster and more cost effectively.
Info.Blueprint’s new Info.Agent service is among a range of new product and service innovations it is bringing to market.
Aydin Geeringh, Technical Presales Consultant at Info.Blueprint, says the new Info.Agent solution builds on Info.Blueprint’s industry knowledge and IP with open source solutions and emerging technology, to help South African organisations better harness their data.
Info.Agent, initially developed to meet specific customer needs, harnesses AI and Info.Blueprint expertise to offer data validation and enrichment, assessing large datasets for accuracy and relevance. This service ensures that business data is accurate, consistent, and complete to support effective decision-making across tasks like machine learning models, analytics reports, and business intelligence dashboards.
Geeringh says: “Traditionally, an organisation would have to hire data capturers and do manual audit checks to determine if the data is correct. This is a costly and time-consuming process. Info.Agent slashes the costs and time involved, and delivers quality, relevant data.”
He notes that because Info.Agent draws on Info.Blueprint expertise and networks, it offers superior results to generic LLMs.
“For example, if an organisation wanted to update its database of clients, Info.Agent would validate the company’s current information on each company’s name, industry, website, contact details and employee numbers, then enrich this data by searching data repositories to create a fuller picture of the organisation – including changes or ownership or mergers and acquisitions. Doing this manually could take a number of people up to three months, whereas Info.Agent can complete the process in as little as three days,” he says.
Info.Agent uses machine learning to continuously improve validation accuracy, and also offers customisable templates to help standardise processes across teams.
